PERMIT PHASE
With the design direction established, JVK Design advances the project through the permitting and regulatory approval process, coordinating the technical documentation required to support construction. Depending on the project's scope, documentation may include dimensioned site plans, layout and setting-out drawings, construction details, material schedules, lighting plans, and coordination with licensed engineers and other specialized consultants. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure consistency between the conceptual design and its physical implementation, with particular emphasis on precision, craftsmanship, and architectural integrity.
